Missions can be opened and closed only on the CINECA platform dedicated to SISSA missions, U-Web Missioni.
Opening deadlines, types of reimbursement, funds, transport and closing instructions are explained in the Missions FAQs and guides.
The Missions Regulations entered into force on 22 July 2024, in the text approved by the governing bodies and shared with student and faculty representatives. The Regulations are published among the SISSA Statutes and Regulations and can also be found in the SISSA Web Services portal under Missions, by clicking “Rules”.
Supporting documents for expenses are submitted digitally. The only exception is missions carried out in countries on the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions, for which the original paper documents must also be handed in.
